I spent the summer working as a Research Assistant under the guidance of Drs. Michael Kraus, Jennifer Richeson, and Kiera Hudson through the Yale School of Management Summer Internship. Expanding work on the downstream consequences of shifting demographics in the U.S., my final research project focused on understanding the individual judgements and decisions that bias neighborhood choices, ultimately exacerbating residential segregation. 

While most of the internship was spent learning how to use Rstudio, I particularly enjoyed attending the weekly topical seminars with faculty in the department to learn more about their research and the semi-regular Heads Up tournaments with the other interns.
