Outside of my academic life, I'm deeply passionate about cooking, poetry, and writing, often exploring creativity through crafting—especially collages. I enjoy stand-up comedy, especially queer/trans comedians, and I'm always on the lookout for new music to enjoy. When I'm not cooking or crafting, I'm often hanging out with my roommate's kitty or exploring new events in Brooklyn.
